Brian’s Experience

I have been a CEO and Executive Leader of software and related platform companies for over 25 years. The majority of my career has been spent building financial and regulatory technology companies and advancing them to a successful exit. My specialty is innovative cloud-based software that solves complex industry issues using advanced technologies, such as machine learning, robotic process automation and blockchain. I am an innovator and disrupter of the status quo, always working to find ways to create a market opportunity by solving pervasive industry challenges with automation. I am a creative problem solver with a proven track record that specializes in start-ups and growth oriented entrepreneurial organizations by setting corporate strategy, executing key business initiatives and building disciplined optimal infrastructure for profitable and scalable growth. I am passionate about building, scaling and maturing software companies.

I have been a sought-out speaker for numerous industry technology panels and conferences and have authored many articles and white papers for a variety of trade publications. For outstanding achievement in leadership, I was named twice as a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Philadelphia Region) and once for the Marcum Innovator of the Year Award and SmartCEO’s Voltage Award as a recognized Leader in Technology. Through my work in the automation and advancement of regulatory technology in the mortgage finance and housing industry I have been recognized through multiple industry awards over the years including HousingWire Magazine’s prestigious Vanguard Award™ which is awarded to a C-Level Executive that has launched bold new initiatives that have improved U.S. housing finance or real estate.

I am passionate about developing and mentoring existing and emerging leaders and am continually advancing our company’s culture. As leaders, I believe that we must lead by example, we must admit when we are wrong and we should always learn from our mistakes. We need to support each other in a team environment of mutual respect and always foster innovation by encouraging creativity and new ideas to solve problems, continually striving to make positive forward progress both in the company and the industry. I believe that we must seek to increase our knowledge every day and continually find new ways to add value to the company and our customers. I believe in working hard and striving for excellence in our work while promoting and valuing the importance of work life balance and keeping healthy in mind, body and spirit.
